CONSULTING
IN HEALTH
GEOAMBIENTAL

Geo-environmental health is a technical-scientific subject that aims to identify the different geo-environmental risk factors of geophysical, technological and chemical origin that converge inside the buildings in which we live and work in.

Knowing the levels of all these factors of "geo-environmental stress" we propose the implementation of corrective measures aimed at improving the environment in which we live and or work making it a healthier space and propitious to the creation of well-being.

METHODOLOGY OF CONSULTING IN GEO-AMBIENTAL HEALTH:

- Initial customer survey (relating to the property and habits of daily use of each user of the property);

- Detection (measurement with professional equipment specific to the various geo-environmental risk factors capable of influencing the health and well-being of a property, with a special focus on long-stay places (rooms, living rooms, work spaces, etc.);

- Analysis (all the data obtained with the measurement of the different variables is analysed based on their comparison with a Habitat Saudável® internal regulation that contemplates the precautionary principle established by different independent scientific agreements; levels of bio-habitability of the analysed space);

- Proposal of improvement (presentation of the final result of the consultancy with the respective improvement proposals, in a written report format with technical information inherent to the analysed geo-environmental factors, plants, tables, photos, etc.).

FOR COMPANIES

People assume a growing role as "the most valuable asset of the companies". Working conditions are an integral part of the organizational culture as a factor for attracting and retaining the best talent, starting to play an increasingly predominant role in decision making. In some cases, this factor is already considered more important than the remuneration in the younger age groups. Organizational environments have often been approached as spaces of harmony, thus creating conditions for teamwork, creativity, proactivity and, of course, productivity. A properly prepared physical environment can contribute, in a decisive way, in the construction and development of these values. We are undeniably more predisposed to stay for longer periods of time in a place that maximizes our energy levels, making it possible for each work space to increase our well-being rates.

"A 10-year study by Dr. Chris Knight of Exeter University has shown that natural plants, when present in the workspaces, increase productivity by 38%, stimulate creativity levels by 45%, and enhance the sensation of well-being by 47%."
