Casa da Nogueira

An introspective work par excellence, Casa da Nogueira closes itself off from the street and opens onto a sunny, landscaped area, favoring privacy and family life.
In this dichotomy between the more austere and impersonal front of the house and the more romantic and charming rear elevation, we find the essence of this work.

In addition to the golden ratio and the feng shui that gives it harmony, this project features large glazed windows to the south and west protected by wooden pergolas.
There are thus two outdoor areas with different experiences: a pool area and lawn to support the common areas of the villa and another area located on the upper floor with a pergola patio to support the bedrooms.

Built in masonry with cork thermal and acoustic insulation and natural finishes, this is a traditional construction project with solutions that make it healthier, more ecological and sustainable.
