The property to be refurbished, despite being in an excellent state of repair, had a lot of problems with the organization and flow of spaces.
\nVery small areas with poor natural lighting, as well as circulation corridors that wasted a lot of useful floor space for other rooms, among other things. <\/p>\n

The challenge was to remove the circulation spaces and create an open-plan living room with the kitchen, with light and bright finishes so that the spaces gained area, light and life.<\/p>\n

One of the bedrooms was converted into an office with the identity of a library open to the living room via a large sliding panel.
\nThe other two bedrooms were redesigned to increase storage areas.
\nA special focus was on the 9-year-old daughter’s bedroom, where a princess room was designed that could easily adapt to adolescence and adulthood. <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
