With an efficient solar orientation in mind, it was decided to make the north fa\u00e7ade as closed as possible, favoring the large glazed windows to the south and west.
\nTo the south is the large glazed “open space” room that opens onto the swimming pool. <\/p>\n

The house is built entirely from CLT – “CROSS LAMINATED TIMBER” – cross-laminated timber panels.
\nThe CLT construction elements are manufactured off-site and transported to the building assembly site.
\nThe panels are quickly assembled and bolted onto reinforced concrete foundations.
