With an efficient solar orientation in mind, it was decided to make the north façade as closed as possible, favoring the large glazed windows to the south and west.

To the south is the large glazed “open space” room that opens onto the swimming pool.

The house is built entirely from CLT – “CROSS LAMINATED TIMBER” – cross-laminated timber panels.

The CLT construction elements are manufactured off-site and transported to the building assembly site.

The panels are quickly assembled and bolted onto reinforced concrete foundations.

There is a ventilated façade system on the outside.
