The main challenge was to create a comfortable and welcoming home that was minimalist, masculine, sophisticated and, above all, very functional.
We opted for a neutral chromatic language (to enlarge the small areas) combined with around 45% wooden surfaces which, according to some NeuroArchitecture studies, make environments more harmonious and human.
